A Note from Stephanie Chase:

As was the case for so many musicians, my concert performances were cancelled for the duration of 2020 well into 2021.

But I am delighted to now offer rescheduled dates - starting in July - for many of them, including a performance of Emil Hartmann's lovely and rarely-performed Violin Concerto (1876), a delightful Concerto by the 12-year-old Felix Mendelssohn, virtuoso music by Pablo de Sarasate, and returns to favorite chamber music venues in Maine and Houston.

Please take the Calendar link for details, and I hope to see you there!

“The soloist was the superb violinist Stephanie Chase, who played with elegance, dexterity, rhythmic vitality and great imagination. This was a Classical performance in the best sense: clear-headed, straightforward, intelligent”  Boston Globe

"'Masterworks You've Never Heard' was the title of the violinist Stephanie Chase and the pianist Sara Davis Buechner's delightful recital...This impressive duo gave beautiful accounts of unfamiliar works...For any music lover with a sense of adventure, (their) program was a wonderful discovery."  - Anthony Tommasini, The New York Times, January 13, 2017
